This cayenne has a fire engine red colour with a sheeny gloss. Prolific and dependable, plants can reach heights of 18" tall and produce loads of thin-skinned fruits great for eating fresh, dried, or powdered. 70,000-85,000 Scoville Heat Units! Minimum 30 seeds per packet.
Tips:
- Peppers need a long growing season and should be started indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date
- Plant seeds 1⁄2” in soil and keep warm (above 25 C) to help germinate
- Transpalnt outside 18” apart once all chance of frost has passed. Fertilize and don’t let them get too dry. Mulch with straw to retain moisture & save time on watering.

Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry, dark, place. Ideal long-term storage temperature is 4-10 degrees Celsius, or under 20 degrees Celsius for short-term storage.
