This herb thrives in a rich, easy-to-drain soil and needs plenty of sun. It can be harvested throughout the summer, but the best time to harvest the leaves is just before it starts to flower. Used in many savoury dishes and spice mixes. Minimum 250mg per packet.
Tips:
- Needs light to germinate
- Sow seeds on top of soil indoors, 4-6 weeks before last frost
- Plant seedlings outside after chance of frost, spacing plants 4-5 inches apart
- It can also be direct sown after chance of frost has passed
- Doesn't need too much water or extra feeding

Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry, dark, place. Ideal long-term storage temperature is 4-10 degrees Celsius, or under 20 degrees Celsius for short-term storage.
